My Philosophy

Selling a home is an opportunity to recoup years of investment. My approach is to “Guide Sellers through
the Process of Preparing a Home for Sale,” and in doing so, maximize potential and decrease time on the market. Professionalism and Respect for my Clients and
their home is central to my approach.

My selection of services includes Consultations providing Individualized Preparation Plans, as well as, continued availability throughout the selling process. In guiding sellers, I provide specific suggestions, prioritized by impact, time and cost.

My goal is to provide maximum benefit for the smallest investment. The majority of Consultation suggestions are cost-free to implement and highly effective. Needed repairs or updates are broached in a cost-effective manner.

In addition, I offer Styling/ReDesign Work, reusing existing furnishings and accessories in a modified arrangement, designed to enhance a property and
maximize space.

Services can be combined or individually selected and all offer continued client support throughout the selling process.

Background

ESTABLISHED Design Professional, first in Maryland to formally introduce the concept of Professional Home Staging.

(M.)Lee Raia has personally Staged over 750 homes, comprising all design styles and market segments, from entry-level to high-end, throughout the Greater Baltimore area and surrounding counties.

Lee first offered her Design services in 1998, under the business name, House Prep. In 2003, in conjunction with recognized interest in staging, Lee renamed her business, Real Estate Styling®, LLC, highlighting the end result.

Real Estate Styling®, LLC is a personally owned LLC/Limited Liability Company
in Good Standing, registered in the state of Maryland. In addition, the name
“Real Estate Styling” has been registered as a Live Federal Trademark.

Re/Create Your Space®

In 2005, M. Lee Raia, expanded her design offerings to include Interior ReDesign, naming the added service " Re/Create Your Space® ". Interior Redesign provides clients an affordable and convenient means to transform their living spaces. The name “Re-Create your Space” has also been registered as a Live Federal Trademark.
